Food Safety Network
The Food Safety Network (FSN) needed a modern Drupal platform capable of serving a global community of practitioners, NGOs, and researchers working in food security and nutrition. The site required a clean, accessible interface and a structure that made it easy for users to browse resources, events, and region-specific content from around the world.
For this project, I worked on the Drupal implementation, focusing on content architecture, region-based browsing, and a streamlined editorial experience. The platform includes curated resource libraries, event listings, community pages, and geographic filtering, all organized in a way that supports a wide range of user roles and content types.
A major part of the build involved shaping a system that could handle diverse and frequently updated content, while still remaining intuitive for both visitors and administrators. This required thoughtful use of Views, structured taxonomies, flexible content types, and clean moderation workflows. Editors can easily publish resources, announcements, region-specific updates, and learning materials without navigating unnecessary complexity.
The front-end experience emphasized clarity and accessibility. Users can explore content through featured resources, regional landing pages, and community areas, all wrapped in a responsive layout designed to work seamlessly across devices.
This project highlights my experience building content-rich, globally oriented Drupal platforms that balance organization, usability, and scalability.
