Brubaker Guitars

Brubaker Guitars is a boutique instrument shop known for handcrafted basses and guitars with a strong following among professional musicians. Their website needed to showcase the artistry, detail, and individuality of each instrument through rich imagery, media, and gallery-style layouts. I worked on the Drupal implementation, helping shape the front-end structure, content modeling, and media-driven presentation of the brand.

High-Impact Visual Layouts

Because the instruments themselves were the focal point, the site relied heavily on large imagery, textured backgrounds, and dramatic typography. I implemented the Drupal templates and theme components that supported this look—hero sliders, gallery grids, artist features, and product highlight sections—ensuring they performed well across devices.

Instrument Showcases & Artist Pages

I built structured content types for basses, guitars, news posts, testimonials, and artist features. These allowed Brubaker to publish new builds, custom shop examples, and musician spotlights in a consistent, visually compelling way. The content system made it easy to update product lines and add media-rich stories around each instrument.

Support for Media & Embedded Content

The brand maintained strong ties with artists and events, often sharing video demos and performances. I worked on embedding video content and enhancing media handling so that clips, demo reels, and event footage could be surfaced alongside product imagery.

This project demonstrates my ability to deliver media-forward Drupal sites tailored to artisan brands, combining strong visual design with flexible editorial tools.
