Southway Builders
For Southway Builders, a regional construction firm with an extensive portfolio of civic, residential, and commercial projects, I handled the full Drupal build of their website—from back-end architecture to front-end implementation. The goal was to create a platform that could clearly present detailed project information while giving the internal team an easy, reliable way to manage content.
On the back end, I set up the site’s content model, configuring custom content types for projects, news, team information, and service descriptions. These structures supported complex project data including architects, partners, contract amounts, and imagery. I also established taxonomies and relationships that made it simple for Southway to categorize their work and grow the site over time.
On the front end, I implemented the project galleries, detail pages, and supporting templates. This included building out responsive layouts that highlighted photos and project details, along with sections for company updates and core services. The visual style leaned into a clean, industrial aesthetic to align with the Southway brand.
Together, the build created a complete Drupal solution that offered both a polished public-facing portfolio and a structured, maintainable CMS environment for the client.
