First Citizens Group

First Citizens Group operates a large WordPress multisite network supporting multiple regions and lines of business. I was brought in to assist with ongoing maintenance, design refinements, and feature improvements across the platform.

Multi-Site Enhancements & Stability

Because the system supports multiple countries and branded variations, updates needed to be implemented carefully to ensure consistency across all sites. My work included refining templates, correcting rendering inconsistencies, tightening front-end performance, and improving reliability across shared components.

UI Updates & Component Improvements

I also contributed new layouts and incremental design improvements to bring various sections of the site in line with updated branding and UX expectations. These updates helped modernize the overall presentation while keeping the existing theme structure intact.

Feature Additions

Working with the internal team, I implemented enhancements to navigation, content modules, and landing page elements. The focus was always on maintaining stability across the multisite network while introducing updates that improved usability for both visitors and administrators.

This project highlights my ability to support and extend large, enterprise-level WordPress multisites, ensuring smooth operation while continuously improving the design and functionality of a high-visibility platform.
